Well first off that's hatoful boyfriend level shit there. But whatever I have a couple ideas, I guess this would be the most simple, comedy/romance type one.
The setting is basically that every planet in the solar system has an archmage bound to it, like a land god. And they're the ones who protect the solar system from alien invaders, since they have huge amount of power, they just can't leave the system. Because of that the Earth is a safe haven like Switzerland in WW2 in the universe where aliens come as diplomats, tourists etc. But since they're aliens who couldn't even communicate or live on the planet the archmage of the sun, who is the leader turns them into humans, since he's an idiot though they're all young girls. Also because of complications the common population is left out this. The coming aliens are still needed to be supervised though, and that's what disciples of archmages do, primarily the ones of mercury. But since they need to be descendants and the archmages have been living for thousands of years there's less and less disciples as time goes. Therefore the mc being a disciple has to supervise multiple of these visitors who have their quirks based on the species they originally are. They can also partially retain their original form if needed and beneficial in case of assassin/terrorist attacks. I've got a couple ideas for the species/girls but I won't go into detail if noone even cares.

Well I've got a couple but these are just stray thoughts in the first place, it's not like I ever bothered to properly construct them.
One is a well endowed red haired girl whose original species is a predatory bird/insect/wolf looking lanky, agile creature with long limbs and it can survive in most environments, therefore she's the passionate one. She's there for being a diplomat.
One is a short haired girl with petite breasts, her original species is an underwater dwelling race who are covered by layers of tough armor and can regenerate quickly, which lead to their pain senses being very dull. She's the merry go round girl who's main subject to teasing. She's also there for being a political ambassador.
Then there's a vivid haired girl, most likely purple whose original race is a medusa looking creature from a planet with very low gravity, that can produce a vast variety of sounds with the sacks they generally use for staying afloat. She came to be a singer/idol since it is known that humans enjoy it. She's the slightly airheaded joyful, slightly tsundere character. Then I was thinking on some AI type race and some mind controlling/electric type as well.
