Looking at this from a medical standpoint, my best guess is that Remilia probably doesn't menstruate. Her biological age was frozen likely before she got that far into her human development. On top of everything else its pretty common in many different types of lore that vampires have less biological processes than humans and are often classified as an undead type. Specifically in many different types of lore, vampires are unable to reproduce or do so vastly differently than humans. So I'm guessing no, simply because she probably doesn't have any menstrual blood to begin with.

Your guts will serve too if given the chance). These nutrients are made ready within the walls of the uterus, but they stagnate if no use for them is given. Eventually the woman's body has no choice but to get rid of it and make a new uterine wall for the next ovulation.

Which means the cell death of most of all the current wall. It just falls off and with it it brings blood.

If it could happen, it would certainly be more efficient and the human body (or any other mammalian body for that matter) would have already adapted to doing that. Granted it would probably work the same way that the body knows not to menstruate when a fertile egg is present, by detecting hormonal and chemical changes in the area. However like one anon already stated the zygote requires immediate nutrients once it implants itself on something. By the time the body would start making those accommodations it would be too late. Pregnancy is not as easy as a lot of media sources make it out to be and there's actually a very small window for to take place.

According to all lore they still salivate and have other bodily fluid production, so sex organs would act no differently in that regard. In fact some lore specially mentions sex organs functioning. Also if I'm remembering correctly - vampires, although sometimes categorized as undead, still have some sort of body heat. Whether it is quite as hot as a human, I do not know, however I assume it would be close.

Remilia isn't dead. Undead or vampiric are a completely different subtype than dead or raised dead. Not to mention there are plentiful types of undead. With Remilia not being able to menstruate isn't as much of a property of her being vampire as much of it is an issue of her body's aging being halted before the hit that point in puberty.

I was always under the believe that gametogenesis is put in an explosive state of standby, whereas it would would be completely halted in normal life, but should injury occur, it would resume at a rapidly accelerated rate in that isolated zone. Pregnancy would hinder that because the body is expending a lot of its energy to upkeep the baby, thus the mothers body is incapable or rendering the "invulnerable" state it normal provides.

The true answer however depends on the lore, how/why vampires need to feed, and whether or not alternatives can be ingested and if any detriments to that would be present. Ontop of that vampires have always had demonic/magic ties and that just adds more layers on that.
