I love it so much, whenever I read or see some sort of fan-created content where a character is hurt, physically or emotionally(which is the worse of the two in my opinion), I feel very bad. I've been avoiding it like the plague, but something always gets through.
It's the worst when the character is one of my favorites, because then I feel like throwing up and I get a heartache that sometimes lasts for up to a week and I can't get it out of my head for a while. A happy end usually cancels the effect, but those are rare.

I just want them all to be happy in the end, even if they have to face hardships.

I stopped caring about 2hus about two years ago. I keep coming here for reasons obscure to myself.

Anyway, Touhou has become a part of my everyday life since many years ago. I can't imagine life without it, really. As for how much I "love" it, it's hard to measure and put into words. It's very important to me, and I find pretty much all aspects of the original works interesting or enjoyable.

I FUCKING LOVE YOUHOU

Touhou is the one thing I know I can escape into and feel safe. It carries on all aspects of the old Japanese internet from the 90's that I loved to explore as a child. There is nothing comparable to searching through old Touhou websites and many simply having raw directory listings with direct links to art. There is nothing like seeing perfect art and aesthetic design amongst a site made with tables. There is nothing like exploring further and further into the obscure depths of things you haven't read yet and art you haven't seen.

It is a learning experience and an escape in the same manner as I loved the internet as a child. Plus, there is almost limitless content for one to go through. Limitless girls to learn about, music to listen go and art to enjoy.

And it is all under one theme.

Ovaltine is technically chocolate flavored but doesn't really taste like something pleasurasble. That is why it is labeled with "Ovaltine". I think that actual taste would be better with pure sugar, whole milk and Ghiradellhi chocolate powder.

I disagree. If you can get over the fact that it isn't chocolate, it's enjoyable. Yoohoos are not actually made with real chocolate either. You can also make ovaltine with water, which is great if you don't have access to fresh milk.

Ghiradelhi? That sounds really expensive, but it does sound good.

Couldn't you use melted chocolate instead of powder? Or you could shave some chocolate with a cheese grater to make fragments, which dissolve nearly as well as powder.

Touhou is in my top 5 of favorite things in life. The music surrounds me every day, the same wonderful melodies over and over again in different arrangements pets my autism. I love to play the games, and i do almost everyday, Reaching stages to hear specific music or just beat my own scores. Even without being a pro at it you can have so much fun with these games. Being a Shmups fan in general obviously helps.
