He didn't bother giving Daiyousei a name either, and she's in fairy wars. Nor did he bother about Rin Satsuki or finishing the portraits and spellcards of Koakuma and Daiyousei.

Anyway, ZUN said himself that those two are irrelevant to the storyline, so any further devellopement is fairly unprobable to happen.
Maybe in the next phantasmagoria game who will introduce Mima instead of Lili white we'd have Koakuma. That would be neat. ZUN seems to go toward darker themes, maybe he'll make a makai themed game or something.
