It's the satin. If you ever look up cosplay guides, one of the first things they tell you to do is to avoid satin. You might think it'll be ok, but it always ends up with a cheap feel.

As you can see on your reference pic, the eyes of the character start distant from where the nose is, so your mask seems a tad flat. Of course, this is a technical issue because you have to preserve the characteristics of the front. This can be offset moving the jaw + nose to the front a bit (as you can see in SIGMA/Nuko) masks and changing the surface of the eyes.

Also, please, fix your work in only one style, otherwise it'd be almost impossible to make it look good. Do you notice that both of the photos you used have different styles?

And as the anon of >>11610653 said, the reason why your mask doesn't look good from the side is because it replicates Wyu's design (which is remarkably problematic from certain angles, especially profile). Your mask's cheeks start from the side of the eye and are prolonged to the nose in a sort of an L form. It shouldn't. The eye cavity should be sort of blended with the rest of the face, and the cheeks should be like an independent part.

In summary, just "soften" how the mask looks.

Could you provide a picture of your character for reference? That will 90% of the time be the deciding factor in what you decide to buy and in my opinion even if GKO would take that long, its worth the wait to get a mask that accurately resembles your character the most.

oh and spandex is definitely better for kigging in public, it allows your skin to breath, and looks more like natural skin that the latex ones do, if you really still want the latex look you could always get a wet-look spandex one

Yes he can do it dude, nobody is actually forbidding him to do her.
It's just stupid to do Miku at this point in time. It's a character that, imho, has no personality at all (really, who wants to cosplay that?). It wouldn't be a problem if her personality actually existed. e.g. I'd have no problems with another, say, Yui kig, which is a character that it's not actually deep and have been done to death but at least has some personality to it.
Do you get why people complain now? I don't think it's because it has been done to death (though people might be kinda sick of seeing it) but because it's a so generic character. Who cares about outfits, really? A lot of chars have 2+, it's pretty usual in animes/manga/games/fanart...

I'd either do GKO or SIGMA (which is unfortunately unavailable for westerners through "legal" means (you can always use a proxy buyer/someone you know in Japan)), because imo it's their style that matches with the character.
What you can do is order from GKO and buy wigs later (as it is changeable, but probably you'll need to use 3 wigs or so).
Either way, I think the character matches their style better.

I'd wait for people to give their opinions as well, as it's better not to trust only one anon.

Crossplaying as a male for larger breasted women requires a compression vest or a binding bandages. Binding often causes bruising. Also, a women's body has to be altered not unlike a mans. She will often have to pad in order to truly pass as a more masculine male character. The above link is a good guide to passing for women. It's not easy for a women unless she is flat with no hips. To consider otherwise is simply unfair.

The main reasons you won't see many male kigurumi masks is because they don't receive the same amount of attention and there are not many male characters that "stand out".

It depends on the women and her overall face and body shape. The same could be said for a man. If a male is Asian or has a slime build with a rounder face he can crossplay and pass easier than say a guy with broader shoulder's and a masculine build. Even when women crossplay they have to do a lot to pass as a man. It's only easy if you don't put in enough effort. Attached is a good example.
