Acne and skin care aren't related. I could smear feces on my face every day or wash and moisturize it and either way the acne wouldn't change. Your skin might be affected in other ways, but the acne wouldn't care.

The bacteria that causes acne is anaerobic, so it would die if it were even exposed to oxygen. What you do to the surface of your skin is irrelevant.

I still think it's a hilariously crude way to get rid of hair. No matter how fancy your razor gets, you're still slicing through hair with a sharp bit of metal. You can make the metal sharper, you can use more pieces of metal, but it's still the same process. You can say it isn't broken so don't fix it, but pretty much everyone at some point or another has cut themselves shaving. And do you really want to run a sharp blade down your neck every morning?

There are hair removal creams and laser hair removal treatments. I don't know how effective or costly these things are, but couldn't we adapt something like that instead? Maybe something with a laser and a sensor so it won't cut your skin, just the hair, no matter what. Isn't a typical CD burner this precise, and they're super cheap?

Is it just because the big companies are making lots of money so they will never move on, just "improving" what they already have? I get the same vibe for toothbrushes with all their gimmicks and pointless science for the sake of keeping the market afloat.

If its 2 way tri-cot, yes, do not rub your beard on it. Sadly that material is fragile as hell.
The smooth knit polyester ones from cospa are allot more resilient against damage on the other hand,

You can go get laser hair removal treatments at a cost but it tends to grow back on men I think.

I remember reading a blog of a guy who went for laser hair removal on his legs again and again but it grew back every time. So depressing.

In the end the best option is to take female hormones to reduce the growth.

Keep the pillow to your chest instead of your face. It wont damage instantly if you press your beard to it but it will damage if you rub your face in it, which people tend to do in their sleep.
Hell even the coarse hairs on your legs can cause damage. Happened to a few of my covers.
I'd take take some pics to show off the damage but my camara is too shit.

2 Way tricot material is super soft and feels great but its also stupidly fragile. If you think the softness is not worth the hassle you can always stick with the smooth knit ("twill" is shit) Cospa covers if you have a 150cm pillow.
The only draw backs are that its not as soft and the print does not look as good. On the bright side their allot cheaper.

Speaking of which, if you have a 160 pillow cover dont use it with a 150 pillow. It looks like shit and will severely damage the cover in the long run.

Depends on your beard
My beard is soft, and I never had any problem with any material.
My eyebrows sometime got stuck in peach skin, but never had any problem with either smooth knit nor 2 way tricot.
No idea about like tron, too recent.

If you go for 2wt watch out for nails and even hardened skin. Especially cracking skin on your lips; lick your lips before kissing her or you'll get some hardened skin stuck in here and risk damaging it. (not that it can do a lot of damages if any at all, but better safe than sory. Moisten the stuck portion to soften it for a safer release)

Of course freshly shaven is no-no, but a trimmed beard is fine.
I guess it largely depends on your hairs.
When I say beard I don't mean some poorly shaven stubbies but at least 1in long.

>>11587701
Loli dig beards; Abraham Lincoln agreed, don't bother him about it.
>>11589915
I don't see the problem.
Just get an うれぷに from P-80 or another soft-cored daki instead of a solid-cored one with a fragile internal structure like the セベリスライクラ from A&J. Then you can dry hump it all you want without damaging it. Of course the downside is that it's relatively squishy.

素材:パールロイカ

Not really sure what it is but its even more fragile than 2WT from say.. random seller on taobao.

I've tried to be careful but damn she's fragile as hell. Just a small piece of dried skin can rip the surface and leave a nasty mark. Also beard is the destroyer.. never brush your cheek against her/him.

Just got http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=19041266715 as 2WT and she's pretty durable yet very soft. Still need to be careful tho. Also got a dakimakura from ebay and it said Satin as material. Its bulletproof...

Straightrazors are awful.
If you get something out of cheap stainless(even 440c is garbage), it will dull quickly and unless you've sharpened knives plenty before, you're likely to do it wrong and have small jagged edges on it that will fuck up your face.
If you waste money on an expensive knife out of some fancy takes five hours to sharpen steel, you might as well have purchased an electric machine.

If you just like the look/style of a straightrazor you can just say it, no need to try and rationalize it to yourself.
