1. She's a fun character, and the only one from this game aside from Mima to get any sort of characterization.
2. Best 2hu
3. She's a fun boss with an interesting design. She's the only final boss to use science over magic or divine power, which is always fun. Her theme is also really good.
4. Nobody really stuck out to me, but I like her design and danmaku.
5. Again, nobody really stuck out, but Alice is a good character later on in the series, so she wins this one.
6. It's a toss up between her and Cirno, but Patchy has a more interesting gimmick, and better interactions with other characters.
7. Best fight in PCB, and most fitting boss music.
8. She has an interesting back story, and a really good theme.
9. She is the law.
10. Fun final boss, interesting motives, great dialogue, and an outstanding theme.
11. Breaks the convention of the final boss being some intelligent schemer, and has nuclear power. Great theme as well.
12. She throws anchors at you, and uses water magic. What's not to love?
13. Great dialogue, and a really interesting character concept. She's similar to Shikieiki, actually.
14. I like how she's just some girl being manipulated by her right hand woman. Also cute design.
