Sure they can. Don't let stereotypical scenarios blind you to the reality. The stereotypical scenario involves a man beating up a girl and putting it in, but in practice there are also things like date rape (drugging someone so he/she becomes unable to resist) and rape as blackmail. Rape is a fun activity for both men and women!
