Sakuya's knife skills aren't magical or danmaku based, so that's pretty dangerous. She's also fairly stealthy and acrobatic.

Sakuya, Youmu, Hong Meiling, Yuugi, and Reisen so far are survival candidates.

You have to remember for some youkai, looking like a person / looking human is a special ability. Some of these things would actually just turn out to be combs or disembodied eyes or umbrellas or housecats without their powers.

Wakasagihime dies first. Patchouli second. Cirno third.

I think Eirin is the most likely victor here. She has range advantage, is one of the more intelligent Touhous, and has her medical knowledge to boot. On the downside, she doesn't seem to have much survival training, and can't do much if cornered by a melee opponent.

Youmu is another good choice, having two swords and the most experience with them. On the other hand, she isn't very bright, and she can't counter any ranged attacks without her speed or flight.

Momiji and Tenshi are similar, but both are implied to be a bit brighter than Youmu.

Sakuya has close and far range, but lacks practical survival knowledge, and was very dependent on her powers. She won't go down in a fight, but expect her to fall victim of another Touhou's trap.

Kamachi has a scythe, but those are terrible weapons, and she brings nothing else to the table. We don't even know if she can use it well.

Nitori may be able to come up with some devious traps, maybe even an improvised explosion. However, if anyone corners her she's doomed.

If Reisen has a gun, she wins easily. Without it, her military experience would help her greatly, but unless she steals another character's weapon she's very vulnerable.

Yuugi and Meiling are both strong opponents in a melee brawl, but they can't counter ranged attacks either, and their lack of actual weapons hurt them.

Anyone else doesn't have a good enough chance of survival to really mention. I've probably forgotten someone, though.

I thing Hong Meiling. She's the only one that actively trains and practices her martial arts on a frequent basis. Even if Reisen had training and used it in the moon war, she's done nothing but rely on her mindhax and danmaku since living in Gensokyo.

Yuugi would be hella stronk but I think without oni powers (or booze), Hong's skills would take it.

Some of them would even be able to still fly as a few characters aren't reliant on their powers to fly, such as Remilia. What the heck is stopping one of the winged creatures to just fly the hell out of there?

Some of the characters are already, in fact, dead. Yuyuko being the most prominent. She's DEAD. You can't kill her. She's DEAD, a ghost.

Same goes for Yoshika. She's a corpse. You can't kill her unless you destroy her everything. And I doubt most of the human characters can kill a chinese hopping vampire that can feed on their life energy.

Remember that there probably will be touhous who will be ready to die for the sake of another touhous, which allows them to form little groups and rise survival percentage. Death game doesn't always manage to change the bonds.

Think about those touhous who are part of family and/or strong leader characters. Yakumo family, Moriya family, Scarlet Devill Mansion, Eientei, Byakuren's gang, Miko's gang, Satori and co... In these factions trust is going be very high but not always possible which brings another interesting question about betrayals. In those groups, would there be anyone willing to betray another?

I believe Battle Royal game among touhou's would become something like battle between families and groups. Lone characters who can't form any groups would be in great disadvantage but they also can sit and watch bigger groups destroying each others.

That said I wonder what would become of Reimu and Marisa. Are they lone characters? Or would they be join in groups?
