I really hate how quickly you guys get used to things. Not because I think we should be die-hard revolutionaries or whatever, but because it proves you're all a bunch of neurotypical faggots who just like to complain in the spur of the moment.

The removal of visible sage annoyed you all when it first happened, and you all made good arguments against it. Yet now you're fine with it? Do those arguments suddenly no longer apply? Maybe you think it's a fruitless effort to complain about it, but that didn't stop you a few days ago.

No, you've all just "gotten used to it". Same with the new front page, same with the new themes, same with userscripts and the inline extension, same with everything. I'll bet 99% of you faggots are browsing with a script or custom style, and I can guarantee I'm the only person still using /frames and Burichan with vanilla, "inline extension"-free 4chan.

It's all a front. It's like when we have Formspring/Omegle/Tinychat/whatever threads. You pretend to be a certain way to fit in, but you aren't like that at all. You're just normal people who either enjoy some aspects of otaku culture, or the style of humor /jp/ has going.

I like it fine but post timers don't solve the post quality problem. I disapprove of the new sage changes as much as anyone, but making a post that bumps the thread at the same time as having a visible 'sage' in the email thread represents everything that was wrong with how people were using the function before.
