So I have a question about vocaloid. Do the songs sound weird when they sing in japanese.

After listening to a few western songs it sounds exactly like what I'd expect from a text to speech music program.

No one actually listens to Vocaloid songs. You just fap to Miku porn.

Is it true that there's a sarnie in America that uses bacon instead of bread?

I don't think Vocaloid was supposed to sing in English

But it's still a voice synthesizer and most of them suck ass. I assume the japanese version can't be any better.

Well personally I don't mind, but I guess most people find the voice too robotic.

It's because of the difference between the language, Japanese was always going to sound better than English.

No, they don't. Japanese doesn't have to worry about all the weird pronunciations that English does.

This is, of course, excluding any purposeful distortion. Also, for the most part, the English community doesn't know how to use their vocaloids, hence they sounds shitty.

I liked that Fukkireta one.

Then some /g/ nerd made a loop and it went viral, so now I can't like it any more.

That's the same vocal quality as the Japanese Miku. What's the big deal?

>> No.11440310

>>11440299

1. no, it's not. unless you are talking about sample quality which should be a given.

2. that is the V2 english miku which was never released so it's irrelevant anyway.

>> No.11440418

Miku looks retarded in OP's picture.
