I don't think these threads are really on-topic and I lost any respect I had for its posters after that spam wave. However, they have been around for so long and a lot of the reason why the board finds itself in its current state is because it generally doesn't have enough threads to sink the shitposting in the frontpage with discussion when no janitor is around, thus perpetuating the shitposter community. The other reason is Warosu providing a home free from bans where they can organize and support each other. While I don't think the threads belong here, it's not problem if they stay and, at this point, it's probably better if they do.
