I'm making my first foray into 5 star maps and I tire from the difficulty. Probably doesn't help that I'm a mouse player. I managed a B rank on two different songs if that counts for anything.

Building a ratio large enough to download ac data takes a long ass time because of the awful bonus point system. I've been on it for 2 months and have managed to get like 8GB of upload

2 months of seeding should get you ~700 bonus points, which is enough for 10gb of upload credit and then some (15gb if you spend all your points instead of saving for 10gb chunks.) Saving the world every day will net you another 2gb, give or take, which should give you enough to get tricoro and still have a .5 ratio. Sunny Park or whatever else shouldn't be an issue even with 8gb, though.

Either way, Have you turned of mouse acceleration both in windows and Osu ?

This is pretty important, because by leaving it on, it actually makes it harder to move your mouse correctly.
I personally play Mouse + Keyboard, And I can beat more or less all ranked/approved maps (unless it's something like Freedom dive highest difficulty or such.)

But I am, playing osumania

While it's a good game, at some point to get through the wall you need to spend extreme amount of time playing. I mean it, 8 hours a day at lest. If you don't it would take ages to get better. 2 years ago I was one of the top 100 players and to get further you need to really, really be dedicated. I don't play it anymore, while I liked the game, I didn't like like it enough to play it 24/7, especially now considering I have problems playing any game (unless REALLY interesting) for more than an hour or two. Sad what happened to good games. I bought a tablet and mechanical keyboard (cherry brown MX) solely for the game. They help a fuckton. One day I'll try making a dedicated interface with IR tracking and microswitches, all touchscreens are just so fucking slow, and ounden was created for touchscreens. but not this fast as it gets on the hardest levels.
I still play osu every now and then for some relaxation, it's a good game if you play it 30 minutes daily for some fun after retiring from competitive playing. Sadly, community is full of retards, and the creator, ppy, is even more retarded than the community.
Game itself is okay though, even now. I wish he open-sourced it, so we could fork the shit out of it. I don't see it happening though. Jews. Maybe someone will make a clone themselves?

Use the same sensitivity that you use while outside of the game, makes it easier to remember how much movement you need.
