I have a Love Body Aki. Not sure on onahole recommendations because all the ones that fit seem to work fine with me. One thing to take note though is is it will make it much tighter.

What I can recommend is that you go to walmart or wherever get a large (and I mean very large) bag of cotton/polyester and stuff it instead of wasting your time patching the holes which will happen. Not sure on the build quality of the Usahane compared to the Aki but it happened to me after about 4 or 5 uses. Only took me about 2 hours to stuff it and then I just patched it up with some packing tape with the instructions I used here http://wataire.web.fc2.com/i/page01.html.. Makes it so much better.

I found the former to be the perfect size and shape for it.

Cut a hole in the pillow, sewn the folded edges of it to prevent tears, sewn that twice more to strenghen it, and then sewn the T-shirt tube to the daki twice.
Seems sturdy enough but I still need:

- something to afix the tube to the other end (but I need to decide where it is best. Apparently an upward diagonal would be ideal.)

I didn't take pictures of the process but it took around 5 hours of hand sewing, and I'm almost out of thread. I came up with original sewing patterns though and it was fun.
