Unlike many people here, I find Paruru's silence in front of 70k people hilarious, unique and endearing in some way, and she is an eye candy as well. Right after Yui's hyperventilation, we have Paruru's saltiness, then Sae's "my kouhai skills are still not as good as me" and then Paruru's absolute dead face next to Sae. That's priceless.

But, if one day Paruru wins center in an election, I find it worrisome for both Paruru and AKB48. She is only ranked 12 now so that if she doesn't want to talk, she can keep silent and probably only her fans really remember her speech anyway. However, if she wins first and every single person, fan and non-fan, focuses on her speech and then she does another "Hi. Thanks for the votes. Bye", that will be a disaster for AKB.

What's the point of Kendo, it's so easy and really pointless in real life situations. I know overweight and people in their 50s who do Kendo which means that anyone can do it, but is there a point of it? It just shows how easy and pointless it is, almost as bad as Aikido.
