The English Bank would get better. They just need to get feedback from good composers.

Each English vocaloid uses a standard english dictionary provided by Yamaha but then you can edit each phoneme to attempt for it to sounds more like the word you are wanting. (Though the dictionary doesn't help to much since their are a lot of flaws in the english programing which make them sound like shit)

Avanna isn't a shit voice, it's that the English users haven't figured out how to use her. Like all vocaloids she's not really good as singing without support and the genres they've been trying to use her for generally have a large focus on almost completely unaccompanied vocal sections. That or they tune the voice retardedly.
