I went to the midnight parade this year for the 4th of july and there was actually an old-ass lady dressed like that serving beers. She was pretty gross, but she was nice enough I guess.
The parade consisted of a couple fire trucks, police cars, and one van with some red white and blue lights on it. Then everybody filtered back into bars.
