Lately I've been really hungry whenever I wake up even if I eat something before bed.

I don't eat donuts. Last time I ate one was 2 years ago I think. Once I slept in a church and found old donuts down in the basement. Not sure how old, they were just sitting in a corner. I didn't get sick though.

Well, I live in upstate NY, right up by Montreal, so I don't really see that many absolutely huge people. But, there are a lot of rednecks who are also "big" like me. I've learned to put off eating until I start feeling hunger pains. It's kind of unpleasant but it feels good to lose weight and gain control over my binging. Doesn't help that I spend almost all of my time hiding in library basements where no one can see and stare at me, where no one is looking.
