This simply wasn't possible. MoeNovel is a subsidiary of Will, and Will doesn't have any all-ages VNs except for two otome games (which is a different market entirely). Even if this were true, which I doubt, you have to factor that the Japanese have the option of choosing between the 18+ and all ages versions. If you only offer the mutilated piece of the game and ignore the people that ask about an unadulterated version, these people will get rightfully annoyed.

And I want to say that if they had offered both versions, even if they did so under different labels and sites and everything, they'd be off the hook, but that's not really the case because of their lazy editing.

The "censorship" was done BY THE ACTUAL CREATORS OF THE GAME, which nobody feels is important enough to mention, instead giving the impression some company decided to take someone else's game and remove stuff from it. (The difference may not matter to YOU but it does matter for a lot of people.) Lots of people keep saying every reference to kissing or panties are removed, but only the explicit stuff was removed - kissing was made less lewd but is still very much present in the game, and the same is true for panties (where the pantyshot CG was censored by adding the protagonist's head blocking the view, but the scene is still about him seeing her panties).

This patch is basically what the community will get and what is going to be around for years to come. Seeing as people new to the scene still play VNs as old as from 1996 (probably even older, actually), this thing may have a shelf life of at least 20 years.
