Sculpting skills to create a clay sculpt, then the proccess is pretty much mechanic till you make the fiberglass mold from the silicone cast, where you're going to need painting skills to paint the mold and also hairstyling skills to style the wig.

Or, if you're more skilled with 3D modelling programs than with clay, you could either 3D print your mask (which is how I made mine) or possibly use pepakura if you don't want to buy a 3D printer and don't know anyone who has one (however, I'm not aware of anyone who has actually finished a kig mask using pepakura)

To add to that: after you finish assembling the shell (with common FFF/FDM printers, you have to print in segments and plastic weld them together), finishing a 3D printed kig mask is almost exactly the same as for a mask made traditionally (the only difference is that you don't really have any low spots to fill if your segments are aligned right, and somewhat less sanding is required).

you need to have a really good knowledge of anime face structure, and the abilities to move that over to a sculp, i'd suggest doing several fist sized practise heads before making a big one, the rest of the process is just generic resin moulding, im sure you can find loads of guides for that

That Sigma was bad though. I guess it was modded to look shitty (eyelashes appear kinda shitty compared to a real Sigma, they seem much simpler, but it could be the photo quality, and the hair is also crap). Finally, it has been worn wrongly, you can see the chin slightly lifted up in those pics.

sigma knows who should have bought any particular mask. it's not hard to track sold masks unless someone changes the mask right after recieving it. all sigma has to do is look at their order history to see who bought a tio with long bright green hair with pigtails, and "hey, this buyer is supposed to be someone in japan"

and if there's any doubt, they can always contact that same person to confirm they still own it.
