Medication. I've been on Bupropion combined with Lamotrigine for a few years now, and it got rid of "the darkness" after a couple of weeks. Fine ever since. Still taking the meds though, and my Doctor said we won't try to reduce dosages for at least another year.

It's hard but if you can't find people to leech off of and don't live in a country that supports it you'll need to either kill yourself or find a way out of your situation. I would advice making friends online so they would feel bad about you being homeless, and then if it comes down to it leeching off of possibly dangerous strangers.
