I can imagine Reimu and Sanae to smell clean (they're shrine maidens so they want to smell like garbage, it would drive away possible donates). Suika obviously like sake. Everyone at SDM like roses. Yuyuko would smell of cherry blossoms. Yuuka probably wears assorted perfumes that smell of flowers same for Yukari, but with a stronger scent. Everyone in hell would smell of smoke, same for Mokou.. Marisa and Alice smell like a bakery or assorted herbs. Iku and Tenshi more than likely smell so pleasantly humans can't comprehend it. All fairies have some sort of smell of mother nature on them. Mystia smells like bar b que. Most weak youkai probably don't have any smell to them at all. Animal youkai probably smell, well like animals (Reimu cliams her purification smell like animal after beating Kagerou). Kogasa smells like rain. Most of the UFO class smell like they just came out of the shower.

I could go on and I'm sure many will disagree with what I said above.

Though I think its quite obvious who smells the best.
