Koishi's cable attack uses some cables that come out from the sleeves and doesn't involve the ones attached to her feet.
But where are those cables from? Are they like Satori's arm cable but half dead since not connected to the eye? Can she generate them as she pleases from her body? Or is just tasofro being dumb and ZUN will say that the attack isn't canon?

I've always imagined it as her literal heart, and is thus very important.
Even if it's not, I'd imagine it's still a crucial organ. Do not remove.
