Actually, i started touhou because a friend of mine who is addicted to shmups told me about it, about 2 months later i found out it was pretty much EVERYWHERE on the internet.

Pretty new here, I see. Not that I mind. You might want to start capitalizing your "I"s though. Anyway, not everyone was raised on Gradius 1, take your time improving. Just because someone people go from normal to lunatic in a day doesn't mean you have to.

My greatest achievement was Good Ending #1 under easy on IN, which is really the only game I enjoy playing frequently, despite being terrible at it.

some people just arent good at some kind of games, it doesnt matter how much I try, I still suck at starcraft, and I have been playing for like 8 years.

when such thing happens, just try another game, try to remember in what kind of game you are good at.

I know I'm not talented at touhou, but I enjoy playing it and I want to be skilled, just leaving it is not an option for me.

You don't always enjoy the type of games you're good at, for example, I'm very good at rythm games but i'm sick of them (stepmania, GH, pop'n'music, just to name a few).

don't feel bad, I can't even clear stage 4 in any of the games
