Some anon told me about namesync in a thread that got deleted and I googled it. It turns out the people involved with the creation of that crap are also involved with 4chanX and 4chan style scripts.

Should I stop using 4chanX in order to get back at all of them? They even use /jp/-related avatars in their githubs.

SomethingAwful (Perfect grammar, socially manipulative, very feminist/liberal.)

Asuka-posting (Posts the loveliest character to have ever existed.)

Does anyone have a name for that guy who pretty much replaces every word of his post with the longest one he can find, even if it's not strictly appropriate?

It end up resembling a posting style analogous to this one; it's really pretentious and appears to be purposed toward unsuccessfully convincing the denizens of the board that the poster is of above-average intelligence. The syntax and sentence structure reveals that the person is actually pretty clumsy at writing, and just seems to be using a thesaurus. I hypothesize that it could be a foreigner trying to compensate for lackluster English skills.

Which one? I'm a foreigner and I'll admit that I'm here to learn how to type fast everyday English. I spend my days reading /jp/, mostly English textbooks and mostly English papers. I've managed to avoid original English prose almost completely. I think I used to be less clumsy.

I can read, but I still can't write as fast as I'd like. Stuff like The Wealth of Nations goes painfully slowly. Math is a bit more difficult in English.

I can't recognize any posters unless they are retarded enough to use an avatar or a tripcode, in which case I tend to ignore them.
