That could be solved with help of someone that know the language, and there wouldn't be specific requirements that you should live in Japan. They (Japanese makers) don't even have to provide that, as this could theoretically be solved by community itself (i mean, the western community).

Shipping overseas is pretty straighforward anyway, you just need to fill a form containing the prices of those items and sticking it onto the package.

If you want a custom mask, I can make you one. And it's not going to cost you $2500 either. Because I 3D print masks, I can make a custom mask for relatively cheap (my regular price for a custom mask is $700).

I re-painted her recently. I had painted the entire inside of the eye sockets black, but I realized I don't really need it (the eyeholes on the shell are bigger than the holes in the eyes themselves, unlike with Wyu's masks), so I painted over all the black parts that were visible.

Just remove those eye sockets. No need for them.
I'd say even to you think about creating a generic shell without eyeholes/eye sockets, and offering to drill any shape a customer would want. This would offer way more custom options to someone even in generic shells.

You can also use it to create a master mold and start replicating it using FRP too as 3D printing speed could be an issue.

FFF/FDM printing doesn't work like that. You can't cleanly cut out the eyes afterwards like with FRP. You'd get an ugly mess of broken infill around the edges. If I were to go to eyes that install from the back, I would just cut them out in the model and print them like that.

And as far as speed goes, that can be solved easily with multiple printers (since I print in segments, I can print multiple parts of the same mask at once). I really don't have anywhere to work with FRP. I could do it outside in summer, but in winter there would be nowhere to do it. That would also make it somewhat more expensive to make custom masks.

The only way to earn respect is to do it the way it is truly supposed to be done (yes I understand the irony in what I'm saying). But the mask doesn't have to be perfect. Westerners put much less effort or money into the actual cosplay most of the time
