serious question. I have really bad social anxiety, I find people I know have similar interests and I want to be friends with them, but I can't. Hell I can barely go into the grocery store with out getting so nervous that I sweat, get hot flashes and chills, my arms feel numb, like all the blood is being drained out of them. I can't do anything unless I'm with a group of people I know and am conformable with. Problem is, I only have like 3 people I actually talk to and would call friends and I hardly get to seem them, ever. I can't get my work for college done, I'm almost failing, fuck. What is there to do?

Haven't solved this problem myself. I got almost expelled from the university once, but the fear of being forced to serve in the army and be beaten into bloody pulp there in case I fail the exams made me do the impossible and finish my assignments, despite constant nausea, trembling legs and chills. Sometimes living in rough places has its benefits.
