Just one left click before the dialog starts, one right click once it ends (better yet if it's at the end of a scene, which are marked with purple lines on the audio timeline and turn to green when you hover), and then add in the translation. In order to sue for defamation (I'm not a lawyer, but I'll assume that's how they'd be able to get a large enough settlement to damage Bunshun as privacy wise they only took photos in a public area) they'd have to prove they were lying.
