I got those images from that Japanese 80's tumblr I gave a link to in the HSG thread the other day. There was still one other image of her with a pretty cool looking shot gun, but I mistakenly clicked to the side of the image, causing me to loose track of where it was. I could just go look using the archive function, but I am too tired right now. Thanks for the heads up on the title too. If I find a site selling the dvds I'll let you know where you can find them.

Apparently the movie was pretty popular - the song 夢の途中 was used as a Lucky Star ED.

There's two versions of the song - one by a guy (who is part of an 80's compilation CD I have) and one by the girl. I believe the girl sings the version used in the movie, but I've yet to see the movie

I found the mother load of info on the series. You probably now by now, but there are some Blu-ray copies of it on the American Amazon. I just can't tell if the blue ray is the original movie or not though. I say that because the movie had a remake television series just recently. I'm pretty sure it's the original though. You'll need a multi region bluray player though.
