This is a well-known phenomenon and a solution has existed for decades. You avoid it by decoupling physics updates from the framerate.

So the good news is that it's no mystery. The bad news is that it's not just a mistaken line somewhere, it's a basic design choice that needs to be corrected. Anyone who knows his shit could correct it, but how long it would take who can say?

I updated MMD, losing all "movies" I made, and I still have the same problem.

I tried updating MMD to the latest version, and it still doesn't work.
And worse than that, it's actually random. I managed to import Flandre in MMD without problem, the model was perfect.
But when I accidentally erased it and tried to re-create it from the 3DCG model, like I did before, it failed for unknown reasons.

MMM has many functions that MMD doesn't. Most importantly, MMM can make smooth expressions. It's hard as hell to make eye and mouth movements that aren't robotic in MMD. MMM's camera and lighting functions are way better too, not to mention built-in arm and finger posing functions. There's lots of other important stuff as well.

Tojiko doesn't have any mesh under the panties, if you're good at photoshop you can just edit the texture files.

3DCG is pretty good for finding lewd outfits so you can stick them on other models. Requires some editing to make them fit though. Just have to wade through the thousands of mods to find something you like.

How to make one yourself? Get kinect for xbox and hook it up to your computer.

Yes, I have. They trace the motions from existing video. There have been a few done with Kinect, but they are not top quality. If you'd like to prove your claim, you can start by giving us some examples of top MMD motions made with Kinect.

Stating the Miku pizza commercial as a demonstrative example isn't logical. You would -expect- a motion created for a budgeted commercial to be done with motion tracking technology. That doesn't show that amateur motions made by the community are also probably done with motion sensor technology.
