Kohaku is the best character of the Tsukihime, Kagetsu Tohya, and other Type-Moon storylines.

Cheerful, clever, and with an overall charming personality, there is really no character better than Kohaku.

Let us all praise Kohaku.

In the Tohno Family Con Game, Kohaku competed against what is effectively the entirely of the cast of the Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya story-lines. And as Kohaku would have it, she emerged victorious, outwitting everyone else. Something only a character as brilliant as Kohaku could pull off.

Finished playing through Caster's campaign in F/E a week ago. She's similar to Kohaku in more ways than just her visual design, but it was clear that she was her own character.

While that was certainly for the best, part of me wonders what it would be like if she were more like Kohaku.

Are there any figures of Kohaku that are actually good? The only one I found wasn't very faithful; granted I'm not too familiar where to look.
It's a shame Tsukihime came out before Figma line began. Maybe the remake will respark some interest in the original designs.

>Kohaku cares for her family very much. You could even say that she would give up her life for her dear sister. Kohaku is a very dedicated person.

I really loved that about Kohaku; she's a very strong character. She cares deeply about her sister and is willing to go through hell to protect her.

There are a lot of parallels with her and Shiki.
They were both adopted by the man who orphaned them, but Shiki was taken as a son while Kohaku was made a servant.
They both willing suffered to protect their family, but Shiki took it in one quick strike while Kohaku's suffering lasted years.
They both became killers, but Shiki killed by physically attacking his target, while Kohaku used proxies, poisons, and other subtle means.

Shiki is a better fighter, but Kohaku is a better killer.
Shiki goes through the narrative uncertain and unknowing. Kohaku is informed and knowledgeable, purposely driving the plot.

Shiki is just a character in Kohaku's story.
