Did anyone here buy Pixiv Premium? I have to say I'm pretty damn tempted.

>> No.10525155

Paying to use a website that provides the service of showing other people's images.

^ I seriously hope you don't do this.

It's like stores that charge for card transactions or shopping bags.

Still considering it, but as for me, I haven't really found enough reason to. I'm pretty much only interested in the text editing features, so I can make row breaks :x

I wish there was a way around it, like there was away around the danbooru blocks.

I want to move to pixiv exclusively since Danbooru moved to Danbooru 2.0 and broke half my shit.

It's pretty useless if you're just browsing, but can have its uses if you post stuff yourself. Or want some cosmetic changes, like background and text editing.

Yes. For me, this feature alone is worth buying the premium.

cant you get most of the premium stuff with a few grease monkey scripts?

On Pixiv? Not as far as I know.

Don't buy it you faggot.

I tried, but they wouldn't accept my gaijin VISA card, so i had to pay with webmoney instead (bought some from CN-USA.com). Not worth it, too much trouble. I let my premium expire.

What are you talking about? I'm >>10525170 and I bought it using a gaijin VISA card.

Well, mine doesn't work. Probably because it's a prepaid.

Pixiv doesn't have RSS/ATOM feeds and that's a deal breaker for me.

Who the hell thought making that feature not free was a good idea?

Think about it for a second - if it was free, why would anyone shell out money?

Besides, I find it not that useful. Good pictures often slip under the users' radar and end up with very few favorites, so searching manually still yields best results. If I really want to download only popular pictures, I use my script.

>> No.10529436

>>10529431
Well, from the business point of view I guess it makes sense but it's very annoying.
I could have used that feature when looking through something with a lot of tags because browsing Pixiv is slow to begin with.

And I assume by "my script" you mean one you wrote yourself?

>> No.10529486

The worst feature is having artists be able to restrict their work to their friends only.

>> No.10533344

What's the number of favorites I should look for when I filter? I tried setting the minimum at 15 but it still saves a lot of images.

oh like that my pic thing?
