It's pretty refreshing and a bit warmer than usualy but it's mostly open so I can hear all sorts of sounds. Plants moving in the breeze, the occasional car in the distance, that sort of thing. There's also an airport in the next city so the planes fly lower over this one before landing there.

Usually about 75mg or 100mg for me, no more. Just enough to feel heavy and tired.

I already have pretty bad heart arrhythmia, was on adderall from age 7 to 23 so it skips beats a lot. Both times I got high on it I ended up being really stressed out about my heart, felt like it was about to explode. One time on around 500 mg or so, I tried laying down but I decided to turn the lights off before, and yeah it was a night from hell.

That's your problem. Deleriant doses are 700mg+ (sometimes much more for heavy people.)
If you take a dose that doesn't make you delirious, you'll have an awful time.
