In Winter it all feels the same to me, except actual Sunday is even more depressing and slow moving. Friday is drink coffee and play games till your head feels like it's going to explode and stick with whoever is heading out to eat later in the house so I can at least be somewhere else other than here for a while. A few days ago I decided to see if any of the newer GBA/DS Pokemon games felt like the older ones, so I downloaded Emerald. I've been playing it for the last two days while laying in bed drinking tea. I've always felt a strange sense of sexual arousal controlling a cute girl character and Emerald has not let me down. Some of the trainer sprites even turn me on a bit, as do the comments saying how dirty the character looks. Most of all, the game feels expansive, is relaxing to play, and the music is nice. When I beat this one I'll move through the newer games.

I recently decided that I would start fixing up my grandfather's motorcycle. It's a Honda S90 like in the pic, only in worse condition. I've started taking free unofficial classes at khan academy and udacity and codeacademy and such. Khan is pretty amazing, I actually understand calculus now and all the build blocks up to it.

Just do whatever you can to keep yourself awake. Try to force yourself to do as much as possible during the day, maybe even exercise just for that one day. Consume caffine products, plenty of water, and maybe some fiber and protein to help keep you energized. I have an easymodo method of keeping myself on an early morning schedule though and awake through most of the day, and that's through my prescribed medication. Without it, I cannot function at all.

I also find that I am far less productive and willing to do things though like you say if I wake up extremely late in the day, like right at noon or later. I wake up around noon most days. I wouldn't want to sleep through more of the day than that but the internet tends to be more interesting at night so I like to stay up a bit. If I have to leave the house for some reason I like to get up early though, especially if it is going to be a longer trip. I could never bring myself to do that to someone. I may remove them from my friends list if we hardly talked at all and they were just there at one point or another for a really stupid reason but I never block anyone unless they are really mean to me or annoy me to death which takes a real asshole because I'm as tolerant as it gets. Yes, I have... uh, two online friends. I play Dota with one to pass the time and discuss video games and other things with the other. I manage to keep them solely because I feel that adding someone as a friend in any internet social service is an obligation that I have to be there for them every day of every month of every year. I knew a guy like that once in an online game who was in the same guild as me. He was sort of an unofficial co-leader, he helped a lot with organizing stuff and keeping everything running. He never spoke in guild chat unless it was something important and everyone would always try to get him to talk or respond

He eventually left the guild and everyone thought it was because he got tired of everyone always bothering him and trying to get him to talk, people even got to the point where they were trying to stalk him in-game, I always wonder if that was why he left or if there was something else

I used to be a NEET in my early twenties but I have gone on to become an English teacher at a fairly well respected high school.
