For a while, my Cirno Nendroid was my only fig, and I didn't plan on buying any more. But I was a fool! I should have known that getting a figure, even just one, and only as a souvenir which I happened to see in a mall during my submarine's port call in Singapore, was just a step down a slippery slope.

Now, half a year latter, I find myself having just bought 4, much more expensive figs just yesterday. First I saw this excellent fig of Okuu...

And I forgot to post my first fig acquisition of 2013: Sheryl Nome, The Galaxy's Calling Me version. Picked up for 800 yen from Rashinban after the post-C83 /jp/ meet (hai guise), and shit, Banpresto continues to impress me with the amount of work they put into their lowly prize figs. Plus the sculpt and the concept are just so cool-looking

She'll look nice standing next to Minmei Ranka, or at least that's who I'm assuming they'll dress Ranka as since nobody ever remembers Macross Plus for figs or toys and thus I can expect my Sharon Apple figure to come out on the 12th of never.

I have a figure question. Figured it would be better to ask here than at /toy/. What's the best place to buy your figures? I usually use Amiami but the figure I'm looking for has been sold out in a lot of places. So I've resorted to using Amazon which I'm hoping is another good place to buy from.
