Yea... I haven't played anything for reals since I finished Ar Tonelico 2...
Just Metro 2033 but I was already like 3/4 through it by the time I finished AT2 and picked it up again...

I got really depressed when I finished Inaba for some reason.

Felt like I was invited into someone elses' life and then I had to leave at the end. I guess I got really into it.

>> No.10383471

Not straight away.
Like a week after. then I try and play something and get halfway before giving up again

>> No.10383477

Yes I always do. I always frantically search for even minor material on the internet to continue the story such as writers quotes and stuff.

No. I enjoy a good resolution. I only get depressed when the next thing I do doesn't measure up to the previous.

I don't go to that extent but usually download the soundtrack of stuff I really liked and end up listening to it for days. I also look for art/pictures

man, you are like my copy. I end up searching like crazy while the ansiety accumulates and when there is nothing I fell in a hard depression.

One that really was hard was when Jinrui Wa Suitai Shimashita ended. I fucking yelled to to the skies why noone was translating the Light Novel.

I can at least take comfort in the fact that they probably have just as interesting of a life as they did in the series.

Maybe when I drink, they're drinking too.

I like that Reisen & Eirin pairing.
Canon says that Eirin is supposed to teach Reisen stuff, but the rabbit is mostly treated as a slave.

She has to be teaching her things, since Udonge is most likely a cut above an Earth rabbit. She's probably used to being worked to the bone as well, Watatsukis and all.

I also really like the Eirin Reisen pairing as well, myself.

Hard work aside, I bet Reisen doesn't have it THAT bad. Eirin can't be the worst master/teacher to have, and she gets to learn some neat medicine and magic too.

Not sure about that. Eirin's apparently the kind of teacher that get annoyed with you very quickly if you can't follow.
You'd have to work hard to even follow her, and don't hope you'll impress her.

Pleasing a genius is probably a hard thing to do, but Udonge's no idiot. Maybe a bit clueless at times, but yeah.

If you count Inaba as semi-canon, Eirin does let Udonge know that her hard work is needed and appreciated, despite the punishment time and what-not. I guess poor Udonge's sort of the black sheep, being the newest (Relatively so) arrival and all.

If you take Inaba as canon, then the only nice thing Eirin said to Reisen was that her tea was wonderful.

Doesn't she say something in that same chapter about how if Udonge wasn't around to work, her entire business/work/whatever would be a huge mess?

I distinctly remember reading something like that. Eirin is pretty cold, though.

So Reisen is canonically the Eientei's slave, constantly cleaning Eirin's mess.

She's more like the 'shit-taker'.

Orders Tewi around, gets pranked.

Gets ordered by Eirin, does tonnes of chores and lots of work; perhaps some teaching on the side so that she can relieve some of her own workload.

Maybe we're thinking of this wrong. Maybe Eirin's constant beratement and punishment times are just her own forms of affection. I mean, she is smiling to Udonge (In what I would assume to be more of a genuine fashion) in that scene. Maybe she just wants to keep up a very ruthless look to the rabbits, who knows. I still love them both though.
