I have experience buying from Plamoya, I got my Super Sonico-chan Ver. 2 from them since it was out of stock everywhere else. The pricing was actually relatively moderate for that particular item, but I've seen prices in the site fluctuate between ghastily expensive and nicely discounted. They also give you occasional discount coupons to use in your next orders.
What might be expensive is the shipping though. They used forced EMS for first-time clients but I don't know how well that will turn out for you

What is their Japanese dvd selection like? YesAsia is legit, but they are out of stock for a few things I wanted. Japanese dvd prices will be completely over priced no matter where you go (even Japan), so cost doesn't really matter.
