Let me elaborate it this way.

1) General balance of color and flow.
While there's a complete absence of color other than shades of grey it's well balanced. Loses points for relying on complete greyscale. The blue color on the word icon surprisingly brings the dull desktop to life but I'm guessing that was unintentional as the rest of the icons were customized to be black and white. 6/10

2) Attempt at meaningful customization.
Taskbar is neat and matches the wallpaper. No meaningless rice. Loses a few points for wasting too much potential customization space. 7/10

3) Fine detail and how it fits in to your overall design.
I get it you like a minimal, smooth greyscale desktop and you execute it quite well. There are no random bits and details which don't match and stand out. Likewise, there's nothing there at all but it's not necessarily a bad thing. 6/10

4) Organization (I realize this is no-cleaning thread, but you can generally tell how a desktop is organized)
There's messy, there's organized and then there's fucking sterile. 4/10

5) Wallpaper quality and pleasantness to the eyes.
Wallpaper quality is high and isn't painful to look at, but it's not much to look at either. 5/10
