I'd like to think that Mokou has taken out enough revenge on Kaguya at least 100 times over, with their constant killing each other. When everyone and everything else in the world dies, then they can re-conciliate and figure out how to spend an eternity on a dead Earth together.

See, I think Mokou would have been happy to off Kaguya a few dozen times over a couple of life times. But what I think happened is the Mokou rushed in was too weak to do anything, and Kaguya tortured her. Made her die a thousand different ways, the entire time mocking her. We see Kaguya as a cruel person in canon, so I don't think it is out side the realm of possibility. In addition, Kaguya has the heroines fight Mokou, knowing that they will likely win, just so that she can suffer. See goes off on a rant about Kaguya, implying that its Kaguya, rather then Mokou that's keeping the fight alive by endlessly tormenting Mokou.
