Guys I'm going crazy.
I'm waiting for a EMS (letter) from Japan. The last status was (12/18): 'Dispatch from outward office of exchange'

I often get stuff shipped with ems but i can't remember that it has ever taken so long. I mean its 5 days already and my parcels usually arrive much faster. I was thinking maybe its because of christmas. I dont know.

Does anybody have parcels/letters in transit at the moment with the same problem?

I tell you if this letter is lost i will seriously consider an hero because the documents inside are not replaceable.

I have a registered SAL sent at the beginning of the month that's in the same situation. USPS at JFK Airport been fucked up since Sandy and Christmas delays probably didn't help. I've resided in the fact that it may not appear again until New York gets it's shit together.
