I think it's supposed to be a series of metaphors for her killing and eating people (apple=heart, jam=blood, doll=corpse, song=screams). It doesn't really matter since she doesn't know where her meals come from in canon. It's one of the reasons she's so dangerous in addition to being completely apeshit.
