I couldn't find any books written about him nor about the political moment he found himself in Denmark. I'm guessing Wikipedia is your best choice.

That's only like 6 days, what the hell happened?

He was replaced by interference of the king of Denmark.

>This use of power by the king, which was based in the Danish constitution, led to the Easter Crisis of 1920, and Otto Liebe was replaced by Michael Pedersen Friis after 5 days. The incident also led to a revision of the Danish constitution later in 1920.

Imagine how Denmark would have flourished if they let him be Greatest Clog for more than a week.

That's what all the leaders are called in Denmark right? Great Clogs? Top Clog?

Denmark's government works by swapping out the leader every week, that way every citizen gets a chance at running the country.

What stops whoever is the week's leader to pass a law that ceases next week's election and rule for as long as he wants?

They're so incredibly happy and nice to each other that they wouldn't do that. There isn't a single person in Denmark that would go against this, and when outsiders move to Denmark to try and take over they become so incredibly happy and nice that they just surrender to the way of Denmark.

That's what the king is there for.
