But can we say the same for the Moon Sisters? We know they have meddled in human affairs many times, always sowing strife and conflict to keep Humanity from reaching for the stars... and it would seem they're still doing it.

Though in the later works like SWR, PoFV, and the mangas (Depending on your mileage, count Inaba as canon or semi-canon or not at all), she's become much nicer and kinder, like how Eirin became. She's also become much more thoughtful and what-not.

This is from PMiSS by the way. Akyu (sp?) states that she doesn't know very much about Udonge, but she isn't harmful to humans, nor does she eat human.

Plus, even if Udonge is around for medical experimentation/cuddling fun, Eirin wouldn't have to wait for Udonge to heal because she could just do that for her. If she really is that abusive, I wouldn't be surprised to see Udonge as hourai.

In Inaba, she was punished once for allowing the Princess to go outside on a trip around Gensokyo. Though, the furthest she got before the Princess intervened was being suspended from the ceiling by her legs.

Eirin does love her though! She has a funny way of showing it, doesn't she? I imagine at night, Eirin'll whisper sorry to her and pet her ears or something. In one of the Inaba chapters, Eirin mentions that she needs Udonge or else everything would be a mess, so she is valuable.

Kaguya calls all of the rabbits Inaba, it's rumoured that she does so because she can't really tell the difference between most of them, though she does call Reisen Reisen..

Mokou was sort of mean in a funny way to Reisen at first, but the two lightened up around each other. They're on friendly terms. In addition, Kaguya is also friendly to all of the rabbits.

All of the moon rabbits wear the same outfit as Reisen as well, it seem to be the military/official dress of her 'squad'. I'm not sure if the civilian rabbits wear the same clothes.

Personally, under the whole 'Black Tewi' thing, I do like the punishment aspect, even if it does mean a bed ridden Udonge, but I'm not as fond of the whole complete 24/7 abuse. There has to be times for nice Eirin, and times for punishing Eirin, in my opinion.

Just saying, I really do like Udonge's character, and I hope that ZUN doesn't forget her and Eientei. I want to see more of them.
