Not silly at all. Tengu use their legs to attract male humans to mate with. Since they are flying most of the time, when they speak with a human they have to look up and the first thing they notice is their legs. That's why they make sure to have attractive legs.

Legs and midriffs are so underappreciated in /jp/. Why is that? Is it because it's too normal? Personally I'm getting sick of butts and anuses.
