Probably yes, but I doubt Sanae alone could stop Yukari. Yukari is a very powerful youkai, Sanae is no match for her in the conventional fight, in the spell card fight, she could win. Also, there is Kanako and Suwako in the shrine, and Yukari rather wouldn't risk fighting with two gods at once, so if you can get to the Moriya Shrine, it should be safe there. I'd still go for Reimu though, she's the most helpful.
