His English is not very strong but he has replied to some English emails before.

If anyone is curious why he doesn't sell Touhou games online or distribute them overseas: if he did so then Touhou would not qualify as doujin games at Comiket and he would be forced to sell at the commercial section. ZUN wants Comiket to allow selling games online because he thinks this rule is getting outdated.
