The only way for the toothache to really stop is for you to man the fuck up and writhe on the ground for a few hours and let the pain finally fade. Stop doing stupid shit to your teeth and gums with the alcohol and shit. It only dulls the pain but brings it back stronger, kind of like when you blow a fan in your face when you're hot but once the fan stops you feel extremely hot.
