No, as far as I know, it only works for monsters. Basically, if you eat a particularly holy Immortal, you become much more powerful. In addition, if you're female and you have sex with him, it has the same effect (don't know if this works in reverse with a female Immortal and a male monster, because pretty much all of them are dudes).

Also, Mokou is in a completely different class than your average Daoist Immortal, who has surpassed a normal creature's lifespan and has a body that doesn't need good or sleep, but who can still die permanently to weapons/attacks from higher-level spiritual beings, depending on power.

Actually her titles and names makes more sense if you know Chinese, since she's probably using the same naming style as Chinese Immortals, i.e. Anyhow making a name and adding a 仙 at the end.

Nah I don't have any idea how that works and it's too early to tell. Though being Chinese educated would lead you to assume 茨華仙 as her title (Taoist priests and whatnot always give themselves a title after reaching enlightenment) and 茨木華扇 as her real name.

You could disregard the above since it's all speculations and assumptions, but here's a lead you could read up on.
