can you describe the vaginal/anal cleaning process in high detail?

My concern is, the model I want to order offers the option to remove a conduct inside the vago section for easy cleaning, or a built in model which is not removable. Now my problem is, if I orderthe removable option, I feel it would widen the whole thing much faste, and maybe it won't feel the same either, I watched a video and it looks a bit rouch to remove and insert the whole thing, and I'm afraid it might not feel as good as the built in version because the thing will start moving out of place after heavy usage. While the built in version would probably be much harder to clean, and maybe will not have the same longevity since I can't replace the internal conduct.

So I'm really fucking confused on which one to choose, I feel no matter which one I pick I'm gonna feel the other could potentially be better in some ways, or maybe I'm missing something, I don't think I'll ever have enough money to buy a second one to compare, and I hate ther'es very little reviews for this expensive products.

Dolls weigh a lot, even when they're 140cm, which is on the smaller end for realistic ones. Cleanliness-wise you can get an insert instead of a built-in, which is basically an onahole you stick in the doll. Sticky skin can also be fixed by powdering your doll with baby powder/corn starch, which is usually done after washing and an oil bath.

I got the Lilith Uterus in regular and I’m cut (though am currently restoring and wasn’t cut that short in the first place) and I really, really enjoy it.
