It still makes sense to see if there will be other candidates. Konnagi was also placed as #1 as the member who is the most expressive/talkative. Even when the members stop listening, she's still going and she has a lot to share. She is also the smartest sakurazaka member so she fits the qualifications.

The episode from a few weeks ago when it was about Ririka’s personality and then she talked about Yuuzu. The Chokosaku episode where Yuuzu MC’d with Marina (I think the first one) and other episode (I believe episode 3 or 4) where she talked about being mistaken for a staff.
